At the Hotel Samrat , it is our goal to make you feel comfortable , from the time you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind , we are happy to provide additional rate options allowing the guest to choose the options providing the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates , we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions , depending on the demand. 10% LUXURY TAX IS APPLICABLE
2.5% SERVICE CHARGE

General Terms & Conditions :

•	Check-in & Check-out Time 12.00 hours
•	One child under 12 years without extra bed can stay free of charge in the room
•	All rates are exclusive of taxes & VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Buffet breakfast not included in the rates (unless otherwise stated)
•	Smoking is not permitted in any public areas

Guarantee Policy :

•	Credit Card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation at the time of giving the reservation. Incase of No-Show the total amount of the first room night will be charged.

Cancellation Policy :

•	Individual Booking	48 Hrs. in advance
•	Group Booking	15 days in advance

Corporate Services :

•	Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel for those guests with their own laptop or PDA. We also has the computers & printers located in our Business Centre. In the Business Centre, the guests may make full use of computers, printers & Internet or email with very reasonable charges.
